Don't know about anyone else but I can't wait to go back. All was great last time I was there!
I echo all of the above comments
There’s only one rainforest cafe in Arizona, located at the Arizona mills mall And yes you can get gift certificates there. Or join the Landry select club membership for $25 it’s like a gift card on steroids every dollar you spend gives you a point at 250 points you get $25 dollars off, on your birthday $25 off, and the welcome reward visit is $25 off
Yes free refills. But I think it's to noisy. Wait person had to almost yell or talk after the animatronics stopped. Very expensive
I have no idea what you mean
There's a sign on the outside of the mall so you can drive around till you see it
They have plenty of room. No need for reservations.
Yes it is pricey, you pay for the atmosphere. The food is okay
No
No happy hour any day of the week
Food quality does not match the steep pricing. Atmosphere was great, the kids loved it. The waitress was very friendly but the amount of time we waited for drink orders to food orders to actual eating was way too long. Planned on ordering dessert but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get served. A meal that should have lasted 1 to 1 1/2 hours lasted almost 3 hours! People with kids will understand that is an unbearable amount of time for a 3 year old to behave.
I love this place! The drinks and food are great and the staff is friendly! I hope this place continues to do well!
The place is great, jungle decoration with animals (fake) that look natural and the move and make natural sounds, the menu has been reduced due to Covid-19, good size portions of food, no craft beer at the moment, the only complain, it was too warm and mountains on beer need it more blue on in..
Great atmosphere to keep the kids entertained.... Food was delicious. Must try the volcano for dessert.
Super cool environment, food was good but small menu and a bit expensive. Clean and good service.
Stopped in on a Saturday night around 8 pm. They were pretty busy, but we were seated and served quickly. The food was good, the service was great and the ambience was very cool. I expect we’ll be going again.
Overpriced food that tastes like frozen dinners pre-packed food. Portions for the price are small. Very loud, if you or a family member have sensory issues.Chef came to the table and was very accommodating with food/gluten allergies and ensured we were taken care of. FUN environment and that is what you are paying for. EVERYTHING is overpriced. 5 stars for atmosphere, 2 stars for food.
Atmosphere is neat for kids, but that's about the only good thing about this place. It's just a typical tourist trap gimmick restaurant. Don't come here if you want good food. You'll be paying $14 for a plain burger that is mediocre.
Waitress was fantastic. Food was good . I was disappointed that they did not put corn in a cob b salad. A Cobb salad without corn is just a salad. Also the music was overly loud. The volume of the music should lower when the animals are active. Because both are playing at the same time you cannot really enjoy either one. Missed the fish What's the point of having a fish tank if it's just water.
Even after 20 years I still love this place! The location I remember from my childhood is located in Galveston, but this one in Phoenix was a great throwback! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and pretty good food. Had a strawberry lemonade and it was refreshing. The salad I ordered was bigger than I expected and it was quite filling. Expect to take a to-go box if you live nearby. I couldn't because I had to go back to Prescott and salad wouldn't be too great after a 2-hour drive in 119°F heat.TLDR: Great experience & atmosphere, BIG salads.
There were a limited food choices due to the pandemic but what we had was pretty good. The theme was fun but played out over the course of our meal. Little kids would enjoy.
Rain forest café is a must! A real Walk in the jungle! It is a great place to take pictures with some great food it is unlike any other restaurant and we have been to many of them the kids love it the adults love it the food is a little expensive but worth a visit! Sure while you wait for your food you asked for a fruit plate for the kids!
I absolutely love it here. Its expensive but the atmosphere and the staff and just everything about this place is amazing
We enjoyed it. They have cut their menu down to more of a core menu. Which is fine. That allows them to rebuild with a better menu after all this 'pandemic' goes away
Slow customer service shortened hours very expensive! No family specials! Great wildlife sounds and gift shop!
Service was extremely slow, even with a smaller menu. Food was hot, but some items were dry and over cooked.
